1. Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, the connection of
the water service line to the meter setter shall be exposed for inspection.
2. Water service line tracer wire shall be brought into the meter box.
3. Install a 12" cast iron lamphole cover with 1/2" hex bolts and a pick hole with a 2' concrete
leveling collar on the sewer clean out at the property line.
4. A stormwater covenant shall be recorded against the property. Please follow this link
Stormwater Covenant for the document. Once it is filled out, signed, and, notarized email it to
en ing eeringpermitsgedmondswa.gov for approval prior to recording. Once it is approved by
the city, take it to Snohomish County to get it recorded. Email a copy of the recorded document
back to the city.
5. Please provide a project asbuilt that shows all new utilities, water, sewer, storm, gas, power,
cable, etc. Provide all rim and pipe elevations.
6. Provide any photos of the stormwater infiltration trenches that were installed without
inspections.
