This letter=i"s a report on the elevation of the roof peak at 650 Bell St. currently under
construction in Edmonds, Parcel No. 00434209801700.
On October 23, 2020 our field crew located the roof peak at an elevation of 537.2. This is based
on the project datum provided by the Topographic Worksheet from 4Site Surveying &
Consulting, J'ob No. 21534. These measurements are based on the surface monument at the
intersection of Bell St. & 7th Avenue S. set at an assumed elevation of 500.00.
A 5" electronic to. station was used for this field traverse survey,
W.A.C. 332=130-090.
