A building enclosure certification letter from the inspector must be submitted to the Building Division prior to final inspection by the RCW 64.55 BUILDING FOR City Building Inspector in accordance with RCW 64.55.060. Where phasing of construction ENCLOSURE INFORMATION occurs, coordinate inspection with the City Building Inspector to ensure that all required inspections are performed. Inspection by the building enclosure inspector to meet RCW 64.55 does not substitute for required City building inspections which must be performed by the City Building Inspector.
