1. Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, gutters and
downspouts shall be installed.
2. Gutter downspouts shall be connected to tightlines or flow to splash blocks if no tightlines were
installed.
3. Please provide an asbuilt that clearly shows the new water service line and the new sewer with
measurements from the house.
4. All disturbed soils shall be compost amended. See city standard detail SD-642.
5. Sediment fence shall be removed and disturbed soils shall be compost amended.
