Like in kind replacement of 80% natural gas furnace. Unit is located in the garage of the home.
Conditions - Post Permit on site. Do not cover until inspected.
If the appliance is fuel burning, install a carbon monoxide alarm outside each sleeping area and on each level
of the dwelling unit prior to the final inspection.
