The purpose of the analysis is to determine the adequacy of the mounting configuration to support the loading configuration outlined in Appendix A (Mount Analysis Summary Form), pursuant to the referenced standards. - ANALYSIS CRITERIA The analysis utilizes RISA-31D v. 17.0.1, an industry -standard finite element analysis program used to create an elastic three-dimensional model considering second -order effects per ASCE/AISC/TIA requirements. The program calculates member stresses for various loading cases and selected output from the analysis is included in the appendices. Note: Antenna is fully shrouded and no wind loading was considered in this analysis. This report uses the Site Pro 1 WMA300 (dated 01/10/2012) and Perfect Vision PC-PMLSL2-4-B (dated 01/28/2019) and must be installed in order for the analysis results to be valid.
