The HOA BOD for the Laurintine Condominium has approved and reviewed the project
information for the work to be done on unit 101.
Please be sure all neighbors are made aware of the schedule for the construction, particularly
the neighbors adjacent to apartment 101.
The contractor should also be aware that the Laurintine's electrical system consists of aluminum
wiring. We ask that the contractor clean up all common areas of debris and repair any damage
to common areas caused by employees of the contractor.
