Platform B+T Group is pleased to submit this "Mount Analysis Report" to determine the structural integrity of AT&T Mobility's antenna mounting system with the proposed appurtenance and equipment addition on the abovementioned supporting tower structure. Analysis of the existing supporting tower structure is to be completed by others and therefore is not part of this analysis. Analysis of the antenna mounting system as a tie - off point for fall protection or rigging is not part of this document. The purpose of the analysis is to determine acceptability of the mount's stress level. Based on our analysis we have determined the stress level to be: Platform Mount Sufficient See Section 4.1 of this report for the structural modifications required in order for the mount to support the loading listed in Table 1 This analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2018 International Building Code based upon an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 98 mph. Platform Mount Analysis CC/ BU No. 840470 Project Number 99201.005.01, Order 565149, Revision 0 Page 4 3) ANALYSIS PROCEDURE 3.1) Analysis Method RISA-3D (Version 19.0.3), a commercially available analysis software package, was used to create a three-dimensional model of the antenna mounting system and calculate member stresses for various loading cases. A tool internally developed by B+T Group, was used to calculate wind loading on all appurtenances, dishes and mount members for various loading cases. Selected output from the analysis is included in Appendix B "Software Input Calculations". This analysis was performed in accordance with Crown Castle's ENG-SOW-10208 Tower Mount Analysis (Revision D). In addition, this analysis is in accordance with AT&T's Mount Technical Directive — R15.0. 3.2) Assumptions 1. The antenna mounting system was properly fabricated, installed and maintained in good condition in accordance with its original design, TIA Standards, and/or manufacturer's specifications. 2. The configuration of antennas, mounts, and other appurtenances are as specified in Table-1. 3. All member connections are assumed to have been designed to meet or exceed the load carrying capacity of the connected members unless otherwise specified in this report. 4. Mount areas and weights are determined from field measurements, standard material properties, and/or manufacturer product data. 5. No allowance was made for any damaged, missing, or rusted members. 9. Install (2) Standoff Mounts (SitePro1 #WWM02 — HSS4x4x4 — 2'-0" Long), attached to the existing Platform Face Horizontal Channel and the reinforcing Face Horizontal Pipe with new Antenna Mounting Pipe 2"STD x 6'-0" attached to the new Standoff Mounts, near Position #3 at Gamma Sector. 2. Move existing Antenna Mounting Pipe of Position #3 at Alpha Sector, 1'-9" towards Position #4.
