You agree to provide unobstructed space for the placement_ assemblage -disassemble of rented equipment.
4. All tents have been treated for water repellency but cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely waterproof ACM PARTY & EVENTS does not guarantee any manufacturing defects.
5. Customer is fully responsible for all the care, use, and security for all equipment

6. AGRII PARTY & EVENTS will not be responsible for damages to overhead or underground wiring, sprinkler system, septic tanks or any other underground or hidden obstruction.
7- If accidents where to happen in the workplace with a person other than the team and was not authorized, Then AGRII PARTY & EVENTS will not be responsible for such
damage.
8. The customer agrees to pay 30% of the total at the time of the signing the contract and 70% when the installation is complete.
9_ No deposit refund ifthe cancelatioa is 10 days before delivery
