Exhibit. "A" shows the tract to be subdivided, which includes the
property,described above and a 10' easement over the east 10 feet
of the residence.property previously subdivided from this tract.
The owners of the adjoining property are willing to give such a
10' easement to aid in the development of the remaining land.
All dimensions are shown on E'xhbit "+A'I as well as the square footage
of each proposed lot. Exhibit f,B" is attached to show the approximate
location and dimensions of surrounding property indicating the vacant
land and the residences presently installed in this area. Exhibit „B"
demonstrated that there is no reasonable feasible manner of developing
this tract in connection with any other contiguous ground.
The property is owned by the above named applicant as Trustee
for an elderly lady who resides in Minnesota and who's without finds
to develop this land other than by the method of subdividing applied
for here,
