Gentlemen:
The request made on the form to which this
letter is attached is to subdivide and
separate from the balance of the Tract the
south 189' of the west 71t of the Tract .
It should be noted as shown in the diagram
that improvements have been constructed on
this Tract while the 'rest of the Tract as
well as the property to the north, east and
west of the remaining property is not im-
proved and it is my feeling that because of
the age and location of the present improve-
ments on this property that it would be for the
advantage of both the remaining vacant property
in the tract to which I hold title and the other
vacant land in the area that this subdivision.

This will afford a greater elasticity in
ave ra l l planning for the entire area by the
Planning Commission.
