BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR. APPROPRIATE STEPS SHALL
BE TAKEN TO MAKE UP LOST TIME.
12. CONTRACTOR SHALL MEAINTAIN PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SIGN AS PER DESIGNER'S
DIRECTION.
13. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT AREA AND NEW OR EXISTING MATERIALS FINISHES
FROM DAMAGE WHICH MAY OCCUR FROM CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, DUST,
WATER, ECT., AS REQUIRED TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC DURING THE PERIOD OF
CONSTRUCTION. DAMAGE TO NEW AND EXISTING MATERIALS, FINISH, STRUCTURES,
AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED TO TEH SATISFACTION OF THE
OWNER AT THE EXPENSE OF TEH GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
14. WORK AREAS ARE TO REMAIN SECURE AND LOCKABLE DURING CONSTRUCTION.
15. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL RUBBISH AND WASTE MATERIALS AND ALL SUB
CONTRACTORS AND TRADES ON A DAILY BASIS SHALL EXERCISE STRICT CONTROL
OVER JOB CLEANING TO PREVENT ANY DIRT, DEBRIS, OR DUST FROM AFFECTING ANY
FINISHED AREAS IN OR OUTSIDE THE JOB SITE. BURNING OF DEBRIS ON THE SITE
SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED.
16. UPON COMPLETION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL LEAVE THE PREMISES AND ALL
AFFECTED AREAS CLEAN AND IN AN ORDERLY MANNER READY FOR MOVE -IN. THIS IS
TO INCLUDE CLEANING OF ALL GLASS (INCLUDING INSIDE OF EXTERIOR GLASS) AND
