The laundry room is currently an office.
We are making the office space into a main floor laundry room.
No walls are changing
We will use all the existing walls
On the south side of this space is the existing master bathroom.
Directly below this space is a guest bathroom downstairs.
The dryer can easily vet directly outside and there is room in the ceiling for plumbing venting and fan.
The return air will be in the door.
I'll send a floor plan of the main floor with door swing and smoke detectors and CO detector.
