Build/install wall with pocket door for new toilet closet;

about toilet and shower. Rebuild/reframe, replumb (if
needed), and expand shower into this space (4'x 6');
Replace/reframe bath entry double doors with single
pocket door. Load bearing walls and ceiling trusses are
not changed/affected - ceiling trusses are MFD 24" OC,
running parallel to proposed new/old framing
orientation. Electrical: Add new 3.5" dia. LED recessed
lighting, towel warmer bar and heated flooring. Move
