1. Remove concrete from the existing bathroom to access the 4" cast iron sewer
drain.
2. Trench out concrete to the new fixture locations.
3. Install new ABS fittings, pipe at 2% grade minimum from new fixture
locations to existing sewer line.
4. Install 4" test tee before sewer line to test new system.
5. Tap into 1" water main and run new Uponor pex water lines to new fixtures
with copper stub outs.
6. Have underground work inspected.
7. Pull test on underground system and top out the rough in.
8. Have a rough inspection.
9. Pull test on rough in inspection.
10.Trim out fixtures and have final inspection.
