We are proposing installing a heat pump in the side yard at the address 503 7t" Ave S, Edmonds, 98020.
The unit proposed is a 4A6H5036H1000A which is 45 inches tall. The unit will be sitting on a 36 inch deep
pad and will be about 10-12 inches off of the home. I have pictures below to show that the side yard is
about 10 feet wide. We will have 6 feet from pad to the property line. This will meet the requirements of
the RS-6 code.
