Hi Michele,
Les and I went for a framing inspection for 323 Daley street today. On the plans it is very clear that they
cannot have any structures over 30" in the front yard setbacks. Unfortunately, both houses look to be
non -compliant. When you are in the office next, would you mind stopping by there and confirm my
observations, as this may require them to remove the concrete stairs.
