To Whom it may concern:
This memo summarizes my review of the results from GPRS ground -penetrating radar scan of the
retaining wall at the address above.
Observations
On 10/6/22, GPRS used a concrete scanning antenna to determine the locations of vertical and horizontal
#4 rebar in the retaining wall shown on Everett deck plans sheet S2.0 and detailed in box #12 on sheet
S3.0.
The report states:
1. That vertical rebar are spaced at 12" oc and
2. Horizontal rebar are spaced 10" oc.
Also:
3. The photo below shows (5) #4 rebar running continuous through the toe of the retaining wall.
This photograph was taken before any concrete was poured.
Items 1, 2, and 3 above prove that the rebar was installed as shown on detail 12/S3.0.
