This letter is to inform you that H2D Architecture + Design will act as the Lead Design Professional for
your project throughout the permit process. As the lead design professional, we will act as a liaison
between the city and the other design professionals to incorporate their recommendations into the
plans and submittal package.
DECLARATION STATEMENT
We have reviewed the geotechnical report from Nelson Geotechnical Associates, Inc. No 999017
dated September 29, 2017, and understand its recommendations. To the best of our knowledge and
understanding, we have incorporated these recommendations into the design to reduce the potential
risk of injury or damage from earth movement predicted in the report.
