This letter serves as the notice of final decision regarding the above -referenced project pursuant to
Section 20.02.007 of the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC).
Timeline of project decisions
The applicant applied for preliminary short plat approval on June 27, 2021, which was granted with
conditions on December 3, 2021. Final short plat application was submitted on August 9, 2022 and the
City approved the final short plat on November 7, 2022.
According to ECDC 20.02.007.A, the affected property owners may request a change in property tax
valuation notwithstanding any program of revaluation.
