Replace existing gas fireplace with new Napoleon Ascent Linear 42" Direct Vent fireplace. (electronic ignition).
Conditions - Post Permit on site. Do not cover until inspected.
If the appliance is fuel burning, install a carbon monoxide alarm outside each sleeping area and on each level
of the dwelling unit prior to the final inspection.
