Subject: Update to Kvistad plan set
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for taking my phone call today reference the Kvistad interior remodel at 9723 Cherry
Street in Edmonds.
As stated on the phone, they wish to add a washer and dryer location into the remodel
space. These are not currently on the approved plan set. These will be placed inside the large
previously planned bedroom walk-in closet; on the wall behind the new bathroom location. As
a result, these will require two new mechanical runs; one for an exhaust fan over the laundry
area, and one for the dryer vent run.
I have notified the homeowner (attached to this email) about the need for these two
mechanical runs to be added to the project. She will be paying for the additional items on
MyBuildingPermit.com.
Lastly, we have notified the plumber so that he can add the extra plumbing location to his
Edmonds plumbing permit. The electrician will also add his portion to the L&I permit.
