1. An unobstructed 3 foot wide egress from the business structure past the temporary tent
structure to the exit. (In the event of an emergency, persons that exit through the back of tl]
business, that are unfamiliar
2. Temporary tents and structures cannot block an existing egress from a structure or
building.
3.Temporary tents and structures cannot block egress signage from being visible
4.Open flames such as candles, torches, fire pits, etc. are not allowed inside tents or on
tables.
5. All tents will need to match what is submitted, all existing tents, awnings, sunshades etc.
will need to be removed for fire marshal approval.
6. The temporary tent permit is only good for 180 days, on any parcel, in a calendar year.
