To whom it may concern
Please be advised that the Hearthside Condominium Owners Association has authorized the owners of
unit G, Jennifer Gaal to contract with Abosolute Rot Repair, 5604140th St SW, Edmonds, WA 98026 to
rebuild/restore the deck belonging to their unit located at 23616 Edmonds Way, Edmonds, WA 98026,
at a quoted cost of $14,000. This letter was requested by Jennifer Gaal to be provided by the
Association and provided to the City of Edmonds as part of the permit application process. As
previously stated, the project is authorized by the Association and the quoted cost of the project
represents less than 5%of the total valuation of the building. For insurance purposes the valuation of
the eight unit complex is currently $2,424,000 or $303,000 per unit
