I received the correction notice for project #BLD2019-1533 dated December 31, 2019. Below are the
requested corrections and locations on the drawings where they can be found. TESC items will be
addressed separately by the civil engineer.
General
TESC
1. The contractor will be addressing the ROW permit to be submitted prior to permit
issuance.
2. The easement does not appear to have been recorded for this property. We have
requested the template information to be able to have this easement recorded.
3. Haul routes are now listed and clouded on sheet 01. Refer also to Civil Engineering.
4. The demo plan only shows proposed features as described in the correction letter.
Proposed foundation lines are shown for informational purposes only and noted
that they are to be reviewed under a separate permit. These are clouded and noted
on sheet A1.0.
5. The sewer is now shown to be cut and capped 20' from the proposed foundation
line. This is noted and clouded on sheet A1.0.
6. The water line is now shown to be cut and capped at the meter, with additional
notes as described. This is noted and clouded on sheet A1.0.
7. Existing water, sewer, power and gas have been added to the demolition plan. This
is noted and clouded on sheet A1.0.
8. Haul routes are listed and clouded on sheet 01.
9. Per our phone call on the morning of 1/8/20, 1 would like to call your attention to
the plan notes on this page which call for all foundations and footings to remain,
except as noted by the engineer on the building permit set. The new construction
will occur on top of the existing house foundation.
