SUBJECT: Request to Waive Plumbing Plan Requirements
Per City of Edmonds' permit policies/requirements (as indicated on
MyBuildingPermit.com), fixture/piping plans are required "for commercial projects with
more than 5 fixtures." This commercial project only requires a permit for (4) plumbing
fixtures and does not include medical gas systems or grease interceptors. It is also not
considered a commercial kitchen. The scope of the project is to rough-in/install plumbing
fixtures for (1) breakroom for 2nd floor tenant as indicated in the permit application.
For the City's reference, AMC uploaded the architectural drawings in the "Site Plan"
section of MyBuildingPermit.com.
This project is scheduled to start early December. Please contact me as soon as possible
if additional information is needed in order to get this plumbing permit issued.
