CONDITIONS
This permit allows for extended use of time restricted three hour parking spaces. Issuance of this permit does not allow
for parking in areas with yellow painted curbing, ADA accessible spaces, or any location deemed unsafe or unsuitable by
the Traffic Engineer or Police Department.
REQUIREMENTS
The City will not be responsible for reserving spaces for your use. You may place signs on the sidewalk (maintaining a minimum of 44"
clear travel area for pedestrians) up to 72 hours in advance of the time you will be using the parking spaces, noting the date and times
the spots will be in use. In addition, the City will not be responsible for enforcement or removal of vehicles or for any costs related
thereto.
You may place cones to reserve the spots an time after 12:01 am on the day you will be using the spaces.
You or your agent are not authorized to tow vehicles that encroach upon the reserved parking spaces.
The maximum allowable on -street parking use shall be eight hours. The hours of use may be between the hours of Gam and 10pm.
A maximum of three parking spaces (sixty lineal feet) may be reserved.
The Applicant has signed an application which states he/she holds the City of Edmonds harmless from injuries, damages or claims of
any kind or description whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, that may be made against the City of Edmonds or any of its departments
or employees, including but not limited to the defense of any legal proceedings including defense costs and attorney fees by reason of
granting this permit.
