Digital files (50 MB max) email to engineeringpermits(c1),edmondswa.gov
Large file sizes:
• FTP site https://ftp.edmonds.wa.us/login.html
■ Upload files to the City's FTP site. The username is "onlinepermits" and no password is
necessary.
Label file with project number.
■ Send email to engineeringpermitsaedmondswa.gov to notify staff that documents have
been submitted.
• Contact us at engineeringpermits(a)edmondswa.gov if you are unable to send the necessary
documents via either of these methods and we will work with you to find another option.
Fees will be due following submittal. Staff will email you with confirmation that the documents were
received and with the total fees due before review can continue. Note that additional fees may be
required during civil review. Call 425-771-0220 to pay over the phone.
