RE: Gifford Residence remodel 9403 - 232°d St SW Edmonds Permit number BLD2022-0913
Dear Sir of Madam,
This is a revision to the previous change requested for the WSEC Energy Credits required for this
project. I have been informed that I made an error in my credit selection and have uploaded the
revised # 2 energy form.
We could not complete the original credit 4.1, but in its place we can claim a credit for both the
heat pump and for the upgrade high efficiency gas furnace, thus providing a total of 3.5 credits.
(only 3 are required).
Please find uploaded Gifford Energy Form Rev2.pdf
Sincerely yours,
Al Cohen, project architect

Additions to existing building that are greater than 500 sf of heated floor area but less than 1,500 sf.
2. Medium Dwelling Unit: 6 credits
All dwelling units that are not included in #1 or #3
3. Large Dwelling Unit: 7 credits
Dwelling units exceeding 5,000 sf of conditioned floor area
4. Additions less than 500 square feet: 1.5 credits
All other additions shall meet 1-3 above
