Thanks for meeting with me today at the counter.
As mentioned, while our updated structural/shoring plans are in review for the northeast section of the site plan, we
would like to have the option to work on other areas of the site, that won't affect the area in question.
Specifically, we'd like to work on the retaining wall along the western edge of the site (please see highlighted section
below or attached screen shot). This will definitely save us a lot of time and get us back on track to a somewhat
reasonable timeline to complete the construction.
Please let me know if there are any questions and/or if this would be acceptable to proceed.
