For the purpose of an elevator modernization project, the 5undstone HOA has unanimously
voted to retain the services of 16d LLC to install the fire alarm to control the elevator at
5undstone Condominiums, 1414 9t" Ave N, Edmonds, WA 98020. Please allow 16d LLC to
proceed in the procurement of the necessary permits to do this work.
