Upon inspection, it was determined that the proposed storm main crossing Admiral Way is in conflict
with the City water main as currently constructed. Submit a revision to the plans addressing the
following comments:
1. The entire on -site system will need to be shallower to make grade in the right-of-way.
2. The storm main will need to be shown going over the water main.
3. Provide grades and invert elevations for all down- and upstream structures.
4. Pothole for all utilities and provide grades and invert elevations.
If the connection to the storm system needs to be revised to tie into the catch basin (CB 7-194)
instead of the manhole (MH 7-915), revise the plans accordingly.
Backfill and pave the trench across Admiral Way in the meantime. Steel plates will not be
approved.
