Brief Description of Changes: Per phone conver with the reviewer we are
proposing a field verify approach regarding identifying bearing vs non bearing
walls. the Structural plans have assumed bearing locations based on likely ceiling
joist spans. the cont is instructed to verify that no joist splices occur over wall that
don't also have proposed retrofit support structure, this approach is sufficient for
ctural integrity.
