Interior remodel of the existing main and lower level floors. Master bedroom and two guest
bedrooms will be updated with new wood floors and trim (no walls will be moved). Master
bathroom and two guest bathrooms will be updated with new tile, vanities, and fixtures (no walls
will be moved). Kitchen will be remodeled and new cabinets installed. Plumbing fixtures will be
moved to new locations and existing will remain where applicable. Electrical fixtures will be moved

of Work: permit per the work required). New range hood will be installed. Existing brick fireplace on main
floor will be removed and a new load bearing steel beam will be installed per engineer drawings
and specifications. Two new footings with concrete plinths will be placed to support the new beam
load on the exterior north and south sides of the home per engineer drawings. Roof will be
patched where fireplace is demolished to match existing membrane. Existing insulation will
remain in all areas. New gas insert fireplaces will be installed on main floor and lower level
(fireplaces have not been decided upon). Drywall patches, paint, and trim.
