FIRE REVIEW CORRECTIONS:
1. Egress from a room or space shall not pass through adjoining or intervening
rooms or areas, except where such adjoining rooms or areas and the area
served are accessory to one or the other, are not a Group H occupancy and
provide a discernable path of egress travel to an exit. (2018 IFC 1016.3).
(2018 IFC 3105.7) Temperary special event structure shall be located a
distance from property lines and buidlings to accommodate distances
indicated in the construction drawings for guy wires, cross -bracing, ground
ancors or ballast. Location shall not interfere with egress from a building or
encroach on fire apparatus access roads. (2018 IFC 3105.7)
4 exit doors appear to open into the tents. Please adjust the proposed plan and
resbumit.
2. All tents must be no closer than 10 feet to a building. (South County Fire
Standards, City of Edmonds Guidline for use of tents and other temporary
structures)
3. Tents are limited to a combined aggregate area of 700 square feet without a
10' fire seperation. The plans indicate 1500 square feet. Please adjust the
proposed plan and resbumit. (South County Fire Standards, City of Edmonds
Guideline for use of tents and other temporary structures)
4. Provide details for location of contents to include furniture, shelving, and food
items etc.
5. Provide proposed occupancy number for each tent.
