Quick question for you: Jason is trying to charge us sales tax on the amount he paid for the permit. Do
you know if this is a valid thing that would be taxed? It smells really fishy to us.

The new contractor listed on your permit does not have a valid City of Edmonds business license. Please
have them attain one ASAP. This can be done through the DOR website.
Once they complete the request, they will get a confirmation#. Please forward this number directly to
my email so I can add it to the file. This needs to be done before your first inspection.
