Civil Plans, revised May 13, 2022
Dear Mr. Wegener:
As requested by RAM, ESNW has prepared this letter with recommendations for the guardrail
near the proposed Lock and Load wall. We understand the guardrail will be located
approximately 7 to 10 feet from the face of the Lock and Load wall. We recommend the posts
for the guardrails are embedded at least 3.33 feet. While the Lock and Load wall is being
constructed, PVC sleeves (or similar) should be installed where the guardrail post locations will
be located within the geogrid reinforcement zone.
