- Wall Culvert Deferred Submittal, Revision 1
Per the City of Edmonds construction plan approval, the applicant shall provide a deferred submittal
for the wall culvert crossing under the proposed plat road cul-de-sac. Attached are the wall
construction details for the Lock + Load wall design plans and culvert penetration detail. The
proposed culvert design has been shifted north to align the new culvert out of and on the edge of the
future public right-of-way. The below sketch provides the adjusted intake and outlet elevations, and
new northing and eastings for the two pipe ends. The 18” culvert will be a private pipe and shall be
maintained by the Brackett’s Reserve homeowners’ association. The below sketch shows the
proposed wall culvert location.

As requested by RAM, ESNW has prepared this letter with recommendations for the storm pipe
outlet at the Lock and Load wall. The storm pipe outlet that will penetrate the Lock and Load wall
should incorporate the design notes and details provided by the wall manufacturer, see attached
detail sheet.
