This is to inform you that the Stella's Landing Board has
approved the remodel project for Unit 302 owned by
Rick Megenity. All work shall be accomplished by
licensed contractors and all permits shall be obtained for
the project as needed. The contractual arrangement is
solely the unit owners responsibility.
