Install 1 motorized retractable awning that will project over deck of 3rd floor residential unit #301,
and will not extend beyond the edge of the deck. Awning will be 23'6" wide, and will have a
projection of 6'11". Will be installed with 6 mounting brackets, each with (2) 5" stainless lag
Description screws through fascia board into wood framing of building. Frame is powder coated Aluminum -
of Work: Brown. Fabric is Sunbrella Silica Dune treated with flamecoat and meets California State Fire
Marshall Title 19, NFPA-701 ASTM E84-81A Flam Spread Rating Class A (15). Will include a
wind sensor to automatically retract. Will not require any electrical modifications to unit. Electrical
connections already exist on unit's deck. Installation will not require special scaffolding or lift, and
can be completed by contractor from deck surface.
