1. Permit for construction of new wall has been applied for - see application
BLD2022-0116.
2. Affected catch basin and storm drain will be covered with landscaping fabric and
surrounded with hay bales for duration of work. Slope will be compacted to eng.
specs as part of re -grade. Geotech will verify as part of required Special Inspection.
Vegetation removed during regrade of slope will be replaced with small trees and
shrubs to help stabilize slope.
