To whom it may concern,
I am not sure what the letter is supposed contain but I can give my story:
Our house had a small fire damage, which is not structural, but had extensive smoke damage which
during cleanup left us with bare studs. We are now seeking a remodel permit to allow us to move
forward with the repairs under the guidelines of the City of Edmonds.
We are hoping for someone to be assigned to be our personal permit coordinator and have them do
their walk through as soon as possible so we can continue with the repairs.
We are just replacing what was before and repairing any exposed damage.
The electrical was renewed throughout due to knob and tube exposure. L&I has inspected and
approved the work done by Good Sense Electric.
The galvanized pipes were replaced and approved by the City of Edmonds. Work done and permit
applied for by Holmstad Plumbing.
