2.Knox boxes to be installed and Keys provided
before FACP is Tested, inspected, and monitored.
3.AI1 persons installing automatic fire alarm systems
shall hold a State low voltage installer's certificate or
journeyman electrician certificate per RCW
19.28.041. An apprentice certificate is acceptable for
installers.
4.Show calculation changes and the condition of
final acceptance of the fire alarm system shall be the
receipt of a completed contractor's Material and Test
Certificate —Fire Alarm and Automatic Detection
Systems, to the effect that the system has been
installed in accordance with approved plans and
tested in accordance with the manufacturer's
specifications and appropriate NFPA requirements.
5.An as built will be left with documents at the fire
alarm main panel
