Engineering has reviewed the preliminary short plat application for the Hyde Park property
at 7232 212th St SW. The information provided indicates general engineering feasibility. The
project -specific design, final utility system design and location, and Title 18 Edmonds
Community Development Code compliance are consistent with as built conditions.
Additional improvements specific to the change of the property from a multi -family project
to single family lots will be review during the Civil Review process. Preliminary approval shall
not be interpreted to mean approval of the improvements as shown on the plans.Please find
attached the Engineering Requirements for the subject development. The applicant will be
required to satisfy these requirements as a condition of short plat approval.
The following information is provided in an effort to assist with preparation of the civil
construction plans:
1) Update General Notes as needed to reference current codes/standard specifications.
2) Provide address signage and lot addresses.
