Digital/Remote access. In -Person walk-in service is currently available M-F 10:00am to 2:00pm:

According to Building Division records, the above referenced permit will expire on _2/14/23
In an effort to ensure your project is inspected and has received an approval per your issued permit,
please call for your final inspection(s).
Note: Building permit fees and time frames are established by the Edmonds Community
Development Code and cannot be waived by the Building Official. If you do not receive your final or
do not renew your permit by the expiration date, a new permit application along with applicable
fees will be required in order to complete your project. If a lapse in the building permit creates a
code violation, the matter may be turned over to the City's Code Enforcement office.
