Your company received a over the counter permit for a re -roof project at a historical residence. We have
requirements for such homes and will need a bit more information. If roof material is changing we have
to have it approved by our historical Preservation committee. Please get back with me ASAP.
Roof material is listed in the screenshot below, if the material is not changing then it does not need to
be reviewed by HPC as a certificate of appropriateness process.
