This letter is confirmation that you and the workers from your company have permission to access
our condominium during normal work hours to work on the bathrooms of Units 102 and 202. We
will make the master bathroom available in each unit for use by your workers while the work is being
performed on the bathrooms off the hallway of each unit. We have given a key to Kerry McClelland
to provide him with access to the building. We ask that it be returned when all work is completed.
Please have your workers alert the owners of Unit #102, Kendra and Meredith Long, to schedule
time to begin work on their bathroom. Their phone number is 443.690.5532. Work has already
begun on our unit and we have met Kerry McClelland and his crew for work on Unit #202.
