4. ALL EARTH SURFACES EXPOSED BY WORK
PERFORMED SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
SUITABLE VEGETATION TO PREVENT EROSION
FOR THE PERMANENT CONDITION.
5. ALLTEMPORARY CUTS MUST BE NO STEEPER
