RE: Ridge Height Affidavit - Young Short Plat Lot 1
On December 22, 2021 a survey crew working under my direct supervision
field verified the elevation of the ridge height of the main structure of the
house located at 20118 83rd Ave W, Edmonds, WA. known as Lot 2 of the
Young Short Plat - 83rd under recording number 202105105004.
The observed elevation of the top of the roof sheeting is 425.17' (NAVD
88). A maximum allowed building height of 427.9' (NAVD 88) is indicated
on the approved site plan by Donna Breske & Associates, as approved
Moarch 26, 2019.
