Revisions sheets submitted on June 8th are Structural adjustments to on site/field conditions and
reduction to scope changes. Construction structural revisions are labeled as Change 2 and bubbled.
Changes are limited to :
I - GARAGE:
Originally we planned to enlarge the garage and construct a new roof.
Due to inflation costs, the scope has been reduced to maintain and enclose the existing carport
within its existing footprint. Engineering has been revised to adjust to accommodate this
change.
2- ROOF FRAMING:
Originally we had a dropped beam extending North/South.
On site filed change was made to make this a flush beam; original visually disrupted the views
West. Structural engineering changes have taken into account new connections and a new post
on the South end of the beam.
Additionally, roof framing has been adjusted to accommodate existing conditions in the
Northwest end of the structure.
3-MISCELLANEOUS:
Field adjustments to the East portion of the structure were required.
Adjustments are minor and did not alter original architectural plans.
